Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo
• 6 AM - 4 PM: Arrive at Haneda International Airport (HND). After navigating customs and collecting your luggage, a private transfer will take you into the heart of Tokyo. En route, there will be a stop at a local market for snacks, drinks, and any travel essentials you might need.
• 6 PM: Enjoy a themed welcome dinner at The Upper House, where you’ll get a taste of Tokyo’s culinary delights and a warm introduction to the city’s unique dining experiences.
• 8:30 PM: After dinner, celebrate the start of your Tokyo adventure with a welcome party to get to know the group.
Day 2: Break the Ice in Shibuya and Midtown
• 10 AM: Begin the day with breakfast at Jade5, a cozy spot known for its Japanese fusion breakfast options.
• 1 PM: Take a city walk and food tour through Shibuya. You’ll explore famous landmarks, including the bustling Shibuya Crossing, and sample various street foods.
• 4 PM: Head to Tokyo Midtown for some shopping. Browse through high-end boutiques, art galleries, and unique Japanese goods, experiencing a blend of modern Tokyo culture.
• 8 PM: Dinner is at Tsuru TonTan Udon Noodle Brasserie, where you can enjoy some of the city’s best udon in a vibrant setting.

Day 5: Free Day to Explore Tokyo

• 12 PM - 7 PM: Today is your day to explore Tokyo at your own pace. Here are some recommended activities:

• Walk through Senso-ji Temple to experience Tokyo’s oldest temple.

Day 6: Departure
• 8 AM: Have breakfast at Everyone’s Cafe, a cozy spot to reflect on the week’s adventures.
• 8 AM - 12 PM: Prepare for your journey home as you take a private transfer to the airport, bidding farewell to Tokyo.

TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: A visa is granted upon arrival.
INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS PERMIT (IDP): An IDP is required to participate in the go- karts excursion. Please go to your local AAA office to obtain your IDP for $20-$30. Price is dependent on whether you purchase photos for your permit on the premises.

Can I arrive early if 6 days is not enough time for me?
Absolutely, if 6 days is not enough time to see all that Tokyo has to offer, we encourage you to arrive early. Travel Babes can assist with finding accommodations but will not be responsible for any additional expenses.
What time should I arrive to the airport on 03/11/2025?
All travelers should arrive at the airport between 6am-4pm on 03/11/2025 in order to receive private transportation from HND airport. If your flight arrives after that time, Travel Babes will not provide transportation from the villa outside of those times due to attentiveness to another guest.
If you arrive at any other airport, public transportation will be provided with a Skyliner Narita Airport Express pass.
What if my flight is delayed and I arrive a day late?
We understand things happen and will accommodation ALL guest with unexpected flight delays or cancellations.
Can I bring my friend although this is not a couple's trip?
Of course! Everyone is welcomed no matter your relationship status or sexual orientation.
Can solo travelers join group trips?
Absolutely! In fact, you'll find that the majority of people on a group trip are solo travelers. You are welcome to bring a friend or significant other, but in most cases, your trip will be full of other adventurers who want to see the world and have no one to go with.
How will we be getting around in Japan?
The most reliable form of transportation within the country is by train, known for being fast, frequent, comfortable, and clean. While we will use some private transport, most of our travel will be public.
What language is spoken in Japan?
English is taught as a second language in schools. However, do not assume every individual you meet will be able to converse in English. Many signs including the subway systems in Tokyo and Kyoto are in both Japanese and English.
What currency is used in Japan?
The currency used throughout the country is the Japanese yen. Mastercard and Visa are widely used where credit cards are accepted as payment. ATMs are commonplace in Japan.
