Who can travel with TravelBabes?
TravelBabes welcomes ALL women. No matter your background, we welcome anyone interested in cultural immersion, meaningful experiences, and building connections with other like-minded women.
If I pay for my trip in full and I’m unable to travel, will I be eligible for a refund?
Yes. Refund eligibility depends on how close we are to the departure date:
- For trips 4 days or less, cancellations made more than 100 days before departure qualify for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- For trips 5 days or longer, cancellations made more than 120 days before departure qualify for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Is my initial deposit refundable?
No. Under no circumstances is the initial deposit refundable.
A new trip was posted, but I already paid toward another trip. Can I switch?
Once payments are made toward a trip, arrangements and reservations begin immediately for that specific experience. Trip payments are generally non-transferable to other trips. However, for qualifying cancellations made outside the refund window, transferred funds may be approved at TravelBabes’ discretion.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We welcome and encourage you to bring a friend to experience the trip with you.
I booked a couple’s/shared package, but my roommate or plus one can no longer attend. What happens?
If your roommate or plus one cancels their reservation, your package will be adjusted to reflect the updated room occupancy rate. This does not apply if TravelBabes matched you with a roommate.
Am I required to purchase travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended to protect your investment and travel plans.
Are there late fees if I miss a payment?
No late fees are charged. However, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active and in good standing. Your payment schedule will be outlined in your invoice. Failure to complete final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
How should I arrange my flight?
(Does not apply to trips longer than 4 days.)
Please schedule your flight to arrive at your destination no later than 2:00 PM on arrival day. Group transportation to the villa/accommodations will depart around that time. Transportation cannot be guaranteed for flights arriving after the designated arrival window.
