- Who is able to travel with TravelBabes?
TravelBabes welcome's ALL women! No matter your background, we welcome anyone interested in cultural immersion and building connection with other like-minded women.
- If I pay for my trip in full and I'm unable to travel, will I be eligible for a refund?
Yes, every traveler is eligible for a refund depending on where we are in proximity to our travel date. If you request a refund 90 days prior to the departure date (or 120 days for trips longer than 5 days), you will qualify for a refund (The refund, excludes the initial deposit).
- Is my initial deposit refundable?
No, your initial deposit is non-refundable. Under no circumstance is the deposit refundable.
- A new trip was posted but I already paid into a different trip. Can I switch?
Once you pay into a trip, arrangements are being made for you on that specific trip. Unfortunately, trip payments are not transferable to other trips. You are welcome to book a second trip with us as many travelers have done!
- Can I bring a friend?
Yes, we welcome and strongly encourage you to bring a friend.
- I booked a couple's package but my plus one is unable to go. What happens now?
If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be upgraded to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room. (This does not apply if we roommate match you.)
- Am I required to buy travel insurance to travel with TravelBabes?
No but trip insurance is recommended
- Are there any late fees if I can’t make my payment?
No but monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will note your payment plan. If your final payment is not made by the deadline, you will lose your trip reservation.
- How should I setup my flight? (Does not apply for trips over 4 days)
Please make sure you arrive at the destination NO LATER THAN 2PM. We will have transportation taking us to the villa around that time. We will not be able to guarantee transportation to the villa if your flight arrives later than 2pm.
