Day 1: Arrival in Rio de Janeiro
• 6 AM - 4 PM: Arrive at Rio de Janeiro/Galeão International Airport (GIG). After clearing customs, a private transfer will take you to your accommodation. On the way, you’ll make a quick stop at a local market to pick up any essentials like snacks, beverages, and other travel necessities.
• 7 PM: Settle into your villa and enjoy a private, themed welcome dinner, prepared to give you an authentic taste of Brazilian cuisine and hospitality.
• 9 PM: Wrap up the evening with a game night to unwind and bond with fellow travelers, a relaxed start to your Rio adventure.
Day 2: Break the Ice in Rio
• 7 AM: Start the day with breakfast at the villa to fuel up for an exciting day ahead.
• 8 AM - 2 PM: Visit one of Rio’s most iconic landmarks, Christ the Redeemer, followed by a trip to Sugarloaf Mountain. Capture breathtaking views of the city and coastline from both spots.

What sort of people will attend the Trip?
Brazil is a girls-only trip. Travelers from all walks of life will be joining us. You WILL meet like-minded travelers, even if you have nothing else in common, you will share a unique bond and a love for South America!
Can I have my own room in Brazil?
Yes! If you would like your own space, I would recommend booking our solo occupancy package. SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
Can I arrive early if 6 days is not enough for me?
Absolutely, if 6 days is not enough time to see all that Brazil has to offer, we encourage you to arrive early. TravelBabes can assist with finding accommodations but will not be responsible for any expenses not included in the packages unless stated otherwise.
After I pay my deposit, when is my next payment due?
Once you’ve completed your initial deposit, you’ll make one monthly payment until the deadline. There are no fines for payments made after the due date or for partial payments; however, it’s important to ensure your package is paid in full 60 days before departure.
What time should I arrive to the airport on 10/21/2025?
All travelers should arrive at the airport between 6am-2pm on 10/21/2025 in order to receive transportation from the airport. If your flight arrives after or before that time, TravelBabes will not provide transportation to the villa/hotel outside of those times due to attentiveness to other guest.
What if my flight is delayed and I arrive a day late?
We understand things happen and will accommodate ALL guest with unexpected flight delays or cancellations.
Will the villa have security?
To ensure safety of all travelers, TravelBabes will have 24 hour security at Villa/Hotel at all times!
Can solo travelers join group trips?
Absolutely! In fact, you'll find that the majority of people on a group trip are solo travelers. You are welcome to bring a friend or significant other, but in most cases, your trip will be full of other adventurers who want to see the world and have no one to go with.
