DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BALI & WELCOME CELEBRATION

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Arrival & Villa Check-In

Guests will arrive in Bali and be greeted with a smooth, private transfer to their accommodations. We will have a market stop to grab snacks and any travel essentials you may need. Upon arrival at the villa, you’ll have time to check in, freshen up, relax, and recover from travel before the evening festivities.

6:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Welcome Dinner, Game Night & Pool Party

Enjoy a thoughtfully themed curated welcome dinner. The dinner will include a three-course dinner including water and a soft drink.

After dinner, the night continues with a game night and pool party, the perfect way to mingle, connect with fellow travelers, and kick off the trip in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

DAY 2: UNWIND & EXPLORE

Begin your day with a beautiful floating breakfast experience served directly at the villa.

Afternoon | Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

Later, we’ll head to the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, home to over 1,200 long-tailed macaques. Walk through lush jungle paths, observe the monkeys in their natural habitat, and explore the ancient temples scattered throughout this peaceful forest.

Evening | Dinner at Merlin’s Magic

In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner at Merlin’s Magic, a unique dining experience to close out the day.

DAY 3: ICONIC BALI EXPERIENCES

Start your morning with breakfast prepared by a private chef, served in your villa.

Later that night, we’ll head to Vault Nightclub, where you’ll experience an energetic mix of Afrobeats and Asian fusion music.

DAY 5: LEISURE DAY & FAREWELL CELEBRATION

Start your day with breakfast served in the villa. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Our team is available to assist with organizing activities and transportation.

DAY 6: DEPARTURE DAY

Morning | Breakfast & Check-Out

Enjoy your final breakfast prepared by a private chef in your Ubud villa.

Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM, with late check-out available subject to availability. Private transfers will be arranged for departure.

PASSPORT VALIDITY: All visitors to Bali MUST have passports that have at least six months of validity and have two blank passport pages

TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: A 30-day stay visa is necessary to purchase (for 35 USD) upon arrival; This payment can be done with cash or card. you are able to get a visa before arrival.

The Indonesian government DOES NOT REQUIRE testing for COVID-19

• You will receive a confirmation email after you have made the deposit or payment in full.

• 3 weeks before departure you will be added to the Travel Babes group chat (via WhatsApps) so that we can stay connected.

• 2 weeks before departure, we will have a zoom meeting where we will go over the itinerary in great detail!

Can solo travelers join this trip?

Absolutely! The majority of our travelers join solo. Our group trips are intentionally curated to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment where solo travelers quickly feel connected and supported.

Can I have my own room in Bali?

Yes! If you prefer your own private space, we recommend booking our solo occupancy package.

Please note: Solo occupancy spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I arrive early if 6 days isn’t enough time for me?

Yes! You are welcome to arrive early and extend your stay in Bali. Travel Babes can assist with hotel or villa recommendations prior to the trip. Please note that any accommodations, transportation, or activities outside of the official trip dates are not included unless otherwise stated.

After I pay my deposit, when is my next payment due?

After your initial deposit, you will make one monthly payment until August 1. There are no penalties for partial or delayed payments; however, all packages must be paid in full by the final due date to remain confirmed.

What time should I arrive at the airport on August 25, 2026?

All travelers should arrive at the airport between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM to receive complimentary group transportation to the villa. Guests arriving outside of this timeframe will need to arrange their own transportation.

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive a day late?

We understand that travel delays happen. Our team will assist with coordination upon your arrival. Please note that missed activities, meals, or experiences due to late arrival are non-refundable.

Will the villa have security?

Yes. For the safety and comfort of all travelers, our villa will have 12-hour on-site security throughout the duration of the trip.

Is this trip suitable for first-time international travelers?

Absolutely. This trip is ideal for both seasoned travelers and first-timers. Our team provides support before and during the trip, and all major activities and logistics are carefully planned to ensure a smooth experience.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, missed flights, medical issues, or personal circumstances that may impact your ability to travel.

Is airfare included in the package?

No, international airfare is not included. This allows travelers flexibility in choosing their preferred airline and departure city.

What is the group size for this trip?

To maintain an intimate and elevated experience, group size is limited. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and tend to sell out quickly.
