Refund Policy

Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)

All initial deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot and covers administrative costs related to the booking process.

Cancellation & Refunds 

4-Day Trips

• More than 100 days before departure: Guests are eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit. Funds may be transferred to another trip.
• Within 100 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.

5-Day or Longer Trips

• More than 180 days before departure: Guests are eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Within 120 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.

Trip Transfers

Trip transfers are only allowed if submitted 120 prior to departure day. If something comes up last minute, please reach out and we will confirm if an exception is possible.

 

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance may offer coverage for cancellations due to medical emergencies, unforeseen events, or other qualifying circumstances. Please review the specific terms of your chosen policy.
