What type of people will attend the Bali trip?

 

This is a women-only group trip designed for women from all walks of life who share a love for travel, adventure, and connection. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or celebrating a milestone, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women ready to explore, relax, and create unforgettable memories together. Many lifelong friendships are formed on our trips.

 

Can solo travelers join this trip?

 

Absolutely! The majority of our travelers join solo. Our group trips are intentionally curated to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment where solo travelers quickly feel connected and supported.

 

Can I have my own room in Bali?

Yes! If you prefer your own private space, we recommend booking our solo occupancy package.

Please note: Solo occupancy spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Can I arrive early if 6 days isn’t enough time for me?

Yes! You are welcome to arrive early and extend your stay in Bali. Travel Babes can assist with hotel or villa recommendations prior to the trip. Please note that any accommodations, transportation, or activities outside of the official trip dates are not included unless otherwise stated.

 

After I pay my deposit, when is my next payment due?

 

After your initial deposit, you will make one monthly payment until August 1. There are no penalties for partial or delayed payments; however, all packages must be paid in full by the final due date to remain confirmed.

 

What time should I arrive at the airport on August 25, 2026?

All travelers should arrive at the airport between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM to receive complimentary group transportation to the villa. Guests arriving outside of this timeframe will need to arrange their own transportation.

 

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive a day late?

 

We understand that travel delays happen. Our team will assist with coordination upon your arrival. Please note that missed activities, meals, or experiences due to late arrival are non-refundable.

 

Will the villa have security?

 

Yes. For the safety and comfort of all travelers, our villa will have 12-hour on-site security throughout the duration of the trip.

 

 

Is this trip suitable for first-time international travelers?

Absolutely. This trip is ideal for both seasoned travelers and first-timers. Our team provides support before and during the trip, and all major activities and logistics are carefully planned to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, missed flights, medical issues, or personal circumstances that may impact your ability to travel.

 

 

Is airfare included in the package?

No, international airfare is not included. This allows travelers flexibility in choosing their preferred airline and departure city.

 

 

What is the group size for this trip?

 

To maintain an intimate and elevated experience, group size is limited. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and tend to sell out quickly.
